i'm supposed to be getting my braces off next week i'm sure they won't be super white i don't want to wear off the enamel or anything like that & i don't want to pay hundreds of dollars for it whats the best idea? crest whitestrips? baking soda? help please! :)

QUESTION ABOUT WHITENING YOUR TEETH! thanks?
im 21 and my teeth could do with getting whitened. seems brilliant idea but any there any bad points about getting it done? i heard about tooth sensitivity? if i get it done would i keep needing it done every year or something? should i wait until im older? thanks

But this sensation varies between people, and if it does happen, it only last for a few days or stop once you discontinue using the whitening products . If tooth sensitivity does occur to you, change your toothpaste to sensodyne. It will keep that sensitivity down. 2)Depending on where and how you get your tooth whitened, what expectation you have when dealing with how "white" you want your teeth to be and what you are eating, the frequency for tooth whitening will varies. If you want your teeth to be super white then you might need to cut down on foods that stain (e.g. coffee, tea, etc). 3) Notice, tooth whitening only helps you remove your old extrinsic stains on your teeth. It doesn't prevent further staining on your teeth. Hence, if you don't want to redo tooth whitening again, you need to watch your stained food consumption. Aside note, hydrogen peroxide is pretty dangerous when use to mix it by yourself. I highly suggest you to either go to a dentist to get it done or buy whitening products such as whitening strips that have already pre-mixed those chemical for you.

Is whitening bad for your teeth?
Does it makes them weaker by removing the top layer? Is it bad to put bleaching chemicals in your mouth where you can swallow them? It says "try not to get on lips or gums" - well i think this is impossible!

I have really yellow teeth, because i used to go days with out brushing. I now brush my teeth 2 times a day, but i cant get them even near white. I have a budget of at most $60, and the product has to be available in a common store. please help!

I was just recently at the dentist and everything went great! My wisdom teeth are coming in right and if im lucky they may not need to be pulled! But anyway I have a dividing line on my two front teeth. It is where my lips hit and then leave the rest of my two teeth exposed. I used to do that all the time. all you do is get like a palm full of baking soda and mix it with hydrogen peroxide. use a tooth brush or your finger and just get the mixture on your teeth. leave it on for like a minute or two then rinse out your mouth. I would do this like 2 or 3 times a week

How could I easlily whiten my teeth?
I'm just a regular teen who's teeth aren't as white as I want them to be. Honestly, I don't have the money for lazer whitening and all that stuff. Whitening products (over the counter and stuff the dentist gives you) do usually contain some sort of peroxide. However, the hydrogen peroxide wont do much for your teeth. Rinsing with half water half peroxide IS good for your gums though! :D

What are the best whitening strips?
I really want to whiten my teeth. They aren't super yellow but, they ain't that white either...I've used tooth whitening tooth paste for 2 years and I think it may have done a little, but not enough. So what are the best teeth whitening strips? I don't want any that will destroy my teeth or will hurt my health. Can anyone help? I want these golden things to become spotless things! ok so i really want to whiten my teeth becuase i got my braces off about a month ago :) this is what i use: crest vivid white tooth paste and whitening mouth wash.. ive been using it ever since my braces came and they look the same :( and suggestions on how to whiten them faster because i feel like there dirty and i dont drink coffee or anything really that turns my teeth yellow i just drink yellow gatorade and water all the time and brush my teeth 2 times a day.... whats going on?!?!???
