I recently got crest advanced seal whitestrips. I was going to start using them but I am not home every night to do it so i was wondering if it mattered if i used them the skipped days? It probably wouldnt work right?

I use crest professional strips, and even tho i skip many days or even weeks, they still work. ill use them every once in awhile when my teeth look like theyre a bit dull. when i WAS religiously using them, my gums would get very sore and even bleed because of the chemicals, so maybe its better to not use them every day.

Creast Whitening Strips ruined my teeth :( HELP.?
Im 15 and I tryed creast white strips, that are suppose to whiten your teeth. and as the instructions said, to leave them on for 30 minutes, i did. when i took them off, the stained all white patches all over my teeth, and its VERY notice able, i ruined my teeth really badly.. does anyone have tips on how to get my teeth one colour? it looks real bad, and schools starting in 3 weeks, should I consult a dentist?

For me they all did except for one small on, but it's not very noticeable anymore. If they don't go away try holding your toothbrush horizontally, dipping the bristles just a little bit into powder baking soda, and brushing your teeth for about one minute with that. Hope it all goes well :)

Zoom teeth whitening doesn't hurt at all but it is very expensive. Also, depending on what you eat and drink, the staining can return very quickly and you will have to start all over again. Uhm.. Just buy some Crest whitening strips. It's not too pricey and you'll avoid the paint. I would never use that on my teeth, it doesn't sound safe nor hygenic and it's probably only temporary.

My dentist told me that you shouldn't use baking soda more than once a week because it is abrasive to the teeth and you are gradually wearing the enamel away. You'd be better using a peroxide based bleaching kit.

Discomfort can be from your mouth being open during that time and you can't really move alot. So you have to be patient. Some patients feel sensitivity during the whitening process but it is bearable. You can take a pain reliever before the procedure. Patients usually feel sensitivty one to two days after and can't eat anything that can stain their teeth like red wine, tomato based pasta sauces, etc.. How much is it to have teeth whitened by a dentist/professional?
I live in the UK, I'm 19 and when I had braces i accidentally pulled the top set off when my tooth brush got caught in the back. Out of worry of it happening again I began brushing my teeth very lightly or skipping brushes, after the braces came off I had lovely straight teeth but the colour has yellowed.
