I use white strips and I have to use them twice a day, once in the morning, and once at night. At night I have to wear my retainer, it is the kind with the metal bar across the front. If I use my whitening strips, rinse, then put my retainer on, will I end up having a big line across my teeth?

My teeth are a little sensitive, and I bought bleach trys from my dentist. They make a mold of your teeth and provide you with 10% and 15% bleach and you bleach them for about 2 weeks. You should look into that, although it's about $300. However, it's the best way to go. Hope I helped.

Whitening Teeth With Braces?
Well I currently have top braces & I was wondering If I could use Hydrogen Peroxide to whiten my teeth. My only fear is that the metal in my mouth could Get rusty because of the Hydrogen Peroxide. Does anyone know if it's okay to use it with braces? Oh & another thing. I used Crest White Strips Premium before I had braces & my teeth were really white. Then as everyone, I got lazy & I stopped using them. My teeth were starting to get ugly again & Then the Crest White Stips Premium Plus Came out & I started using them & it didn't do sh*t good! (Still with no braces) [I actually think it made my teeth yellow & stay yellow] Does anyone know why or of any whitening Products that do work & that I can use with Braces? Ok this might sound a little weird but I have found that the best thing to use to whiten your teeth is just regular baking soda. It does not taste great but it works and should be fine to use with braces. All you have to do is add a little water to some baking soda to make a paste and just brush.

Teeth Whitening by Brushing?
How long will it take for my teeth to get to a nice white colour. They arn't overlly yellow at current but I would like them to be whiter. Is there any products which help speed up the process. I only brush once a day at the moment, just in the mornings but I guess I'm gona have to start doing it more. Maybe 3 tiems a day - morning, after dinner and before bed. How long do you think it will be before I start to notice any significant differences?

I'm too nervous/scared to buy deodorant and teeth whitening strips and I'm 13? I'm retarded?
I feel stupid. My mom never buys me deodorant so I always use my moms or my sisters everyday without telling anyone. Also, I really wanted whitening strips..So I knew before I went to the store that I wanted these things, and I was like "okay i'm just being stupid and there's nothing to be shy about".. But when I got there, it's like so different than I imagined. The drugstore had a lot of people in it..I got to the teeth whitening aisle and it's a really small aisle. There were like 8 people in that aisle and you have to press a button and wait for an employee to come and open up the plastic box with a key and get the whitening strips...i went into the aisle and then i went back out because i just couldn't do it..then i went over to the deodorant aisle and got bodywash..but then i just could not get the deodorant. i just got really nervous when i was there. there were just a lot of people passing by and stuff and my dad was right next to me. PLEASE HELP!! I AM RETARDED

I brush my teeth 3-5 min in the morning and 2 min at night. I use mouthwash and everything, but my teeth still have a yellow tinge. What are some things i can do at home to whiten them. And yes, this works, but of course you won't see dramatic results very quickly. Avoid the stawberries or fruit which are highly acidic and strip the enamel. Your dentist wants to charge you $400 for 'laser' whitening, which is not laser whitening but bleaching using a hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide solution which is much stronger - even as high as 30%. This bleaches more effectively and is quicker, but is often the EXACT same active ingredient. You can also buy home trays with gel and apply them yourself for around $40. This is the quickest way.You have to be persistent and the process is fiddly, but if you have patience you can achieve a great result. be aware that the stronger the bleach, the more likely you are to be sensitive to the bleaching action.
