So I heard that peroxide will whiten my teeth if I swish it around in my mouth, and I have some peroxide, so I could do this. But I'm just worried that peroxide will thin my enamel. Will it thin my enamel? And does it actually work? Please answer ONLY if you know, or have done it.

peroxide will not thin your enamel, Its the same peroxide in all teeth bleaching products but is not concentrated. It will work but it will take some time. it may cause sensitivity so use a toothpaste for sensitive teeth
