Well I currently have top braces & I was wondering If I could use Hydrogen Peroxide to whiten my teeth. My only fear is that the metal in my mouth could Get rusty because of the Hydrogen Peroxide. Does anyone know if it's okay to use it with braces? Oh & another thing. I used Crest White Strips Premium before I had braces & my teeth were really white. Then as everyone, I got lazy & I stopped using them. My teeth were starting to get ugly again & Then the Crest White Stips Premium Plus Came out & I started using them & it didn't do sh*t good! (Still with no braces) [I actually think it made my teeth yellow & stay yellow] Does anyone know why or of any whitening Products that do work & that I can use with Braces? Should I go back to the normal Crest WhiteStrips Premium? Thanks everyone (:

Ok this might sound a little weird but I have found that the best thing to use to whiten your teeth is just regular baking soda. It does not taste great but it works and should be fine to use with braces. All you have to do is add a little water to some baking soda to make a paste and just brush.
