Teeth Whitening for wedding!!!!!!!!!?

I need an affordable teeth whitening product THAT ACTUAL WORKS!!!!!!! My wedding is in 6 months and I need it urgently……any suggestions??
--------------------
u should know that deciding the methods of whitening depends on how much teeth are discolored & what the cause of discoloration is. u should go for the dentist & he will know the causes & examine ur teeth, then decide to what extent u need whitening & what method of whitening.& if whitening is the decision ,don't worry 6months is good for treatment. BUT NEVER try methods for whitening from ur own , the dentist is the person who decides. & i would like to tell u that there are a lot of ways of treatment for discolored teeth ,starting from very simple way .....to a complicated way. but ur case seems not to be complicated ,because if it had been so ,u would have taken the decision of whitening from a very long time. calm down .....just visit the dentist as soon as possible ....& not to waste time ......to enjoy ur wedding

teeth whitening tricks?

so when i was younger, i didn't really care about my teeth. and i had no one to push me to take care of them. now im here and i realize my teeth looks bad. i mean, they're not the worst teeth ive seen, but im still embarrassed by them. i know i need braces, but they are also kinda yellowing. i have tried so many whitening toothpastes and i have tried the pre brush whitening rinse. i think the rinse kinda worked a little, but once school started up i always forgot to use it. does anyone know of any teeth whitening tricks or products i can use. please please help!
--------------------
I had very yellow teeth when I was in middle school and the drugstore whitening products never did anything so I asked my dentist and he gave me a perscription strength whitening gel. After just three days of using it my teeth were perfectly white and the gel only cost $10. I would definatly ask your dentist about it!

Teeth Whitening and Front Teeth?

I have two questions to ask today. One is about teeth whitening. I have been noticing that my two front teeth are whiter than my two incisors beside them (I have braces by the way). They aren't considerably more "yellow" but I feel this might be noticeable when my braces come off. What would be the answer: brushing more than usual, teeth whitening after, or maybe the dentist/orthodontist could do something? Also, my two front teeth are very noticeably bigger than my other front teeth. My orthodontist said he was "bringing" them up, and I noticed they are a bit less big in comparison to my other front teeth. But they are still bigger. Will he eventually even them out? Thanks guys!
--------------------
you can whiten your teeth after the braces come off with over the counter whiteners like Crest. i recommend crest. my sister used it and her teeth got white. but it takes at least three boxes. and as for the two front teeth the ortho will even those out. that is what they did to my husbands. just let him know you are concerned about that. hope this helps

teeth whitening and dental experts!?

Okay, so i was given braces at the age of 11. and then, at twelve, they changed the brackets to a POWERCHAIN. and if anybody isn't aware of what a powerchain is, its the most painful, thinnest rubberband thats stretches all accross your teeth. braces:http://www.smilecareindia.com/images/Col… powerchain:http://www.fuzzyfusion.com/ziggyphotos/i… its excruciating for months. and if you aren't consistently brushing your teeth, you will get permanent decalcification marks. and its horrible. because i was TWELVE through FOURTEEN years old during my time with a powerchain. i was NEVER even considering the idea of responsibility. including brushing my teeth a gazillion times a day. and so, once i get my power chain off... no doubt...i have beyond noticable decalcification...like this... http://wigginsorthodontics.com/images/li… and i went to my dentist and he told me that it would be faded off within a few years.. well now its been SEVERAL years since i was told that horrible lie. the decalcification is still there. after YEARS post-braces. that is why...for my sixteenth birthday...the only thing i truly want is to get my teeth whitened. but i mean....professionally whitened. not the crap you can buy at drugstores. i mean an actual professional practice or whatever that includes SPECIALTY in professional teeth whitening. and i would appreciate it if somebody could give me some average price ranges for something like this. i live in the DC area.

Teeth Whitening/Tooth Paste?

Okay so i need a way to get my teeth whiter, but the catch is i can't use any actual whitening products... see my mom doesn't want me too she says it's bad for you teeth i really don't care though. I've been using a crest extra whitening plus scope tooth paste and a crest whitening rinse both helped for a little while and i defiantly saw improvements but they I've been using them still for about a month now and there has been no change... i just want something that i could do quickly at home that could help get my teeth a little whiter and maybe if you all have any ideas on a different toothpaste slash mouthwash that may work better then you can tell me that too! Thanks!!! :)
--------------------
in a small cup mix equal amounts of hydrogen peroxide and water. then add a bit of baking soda, and mix. Brush every night....you will definitely see a difference! my dentist recommended to me, and it worked!

Talk to a dentist. Tooth whitening, no matter what is used will not remove the decalcification white spots and often it makes them more apparent. There may be other things that he can do after the bleaching that could get rid of them. good luck.

wohoo another question! ...teeth whitening??

im going to whiten my teeth, and for the first month im going to use crest classic, and then crest advanced seal the second month.. i have sensitive teeth : ( so how do you think this is going to work out for me? pain? thank you so much!
--------------------
I have sensitive teeth as well and I've used the whitening strips. While I'm using it, it every once in a while feels kind of sensitive and hurts just a little. But I have not had any problems with it and I have been doing it for a while. A good thing to do is make sure you are using a toothpaste that helps sensitivity(some even come with whitening which is a good bonus) good luck getting white teeth :)

Teeth whitening- HELP PLS!!?

Hi. I had some tooth decay thanks to my braces and had a cosmologist dentist take it out and put in what you fill cavities with I'm guessing to match my tooth colour. I want to whiten my teeth with like Crest Whitening strips, but I would like to know.. Will it also whiten the "fake tooth"? Or will I end up with really white teeth and the normal tooth colour on the spots that he filled in? PLS HELP!-10 POINTS! :)
--------------------
This will only whiten natural teeth. You might want to check out my answer for a question that was worded 'what is the safest Whitening?' It's a little longer of a question title, but it was submitted a little bit before yours. If you whiten your teeth that have these 'tooth-colored' or composite restorations/fillings, you can and will damage them with the bleaching product. If you're unhappy with the shade, or color of your filling, let your dentist know. I have the same thing with two of my teeth from braces. One last comment, your 'eye-teeth, or canines' are usually a shade, or a half of a shade darker than your other 4 front teeth. Good luck!

Teeth Whitening>>>@@@???!!!?

so im graduating in a couple of months and my teeth are a little yellow so i was wondering if anyone knows any quick teeth whitening products that are effective...because honestly i don't want to have to go to the dentist and get them done because i herd it was quit costly...so any help would be greatly appreciated:) thanks Jake
--------------------
Crest. Dentists recommend it and it's approved by the ADA - American Dental Association straight Baking Soda mixed with table salt Save your money on the others! I've used it for years, have white teeth, hardly any decays (1 in 15 years) and good gum and I'm in my 60s. If you rethink Fluoride, then think of this ... if someone is unfortunately burned in a fire, what survives that fire? Some bone perhaps, but always some teeth! Enamel is extremely hard, so I have talked to my dentist about this and told him straight out I don't believe in the Fluoride treatment because it can't get through the enamel. He had to agree with me! He told me whatever I was doing to keep doing it and when I told him what I used he was very surprised.

Teeth Whitening Kits?

Which one would you reccomend. Even if you haven't tried them just say which one you would suggest or use for yourself. http://www.boots.com/en/Boots-Expert-Tee… OR http://www.boots.com/en/Rapid-White-Toot… thankyou ?
--------------------
you could do that but this way works better in my opinion and you don't have to spend any money I regularly brushed my teeth and really didn't want to spend money on dentist whitening and expensive products, . Okay well i found out from a little research on the topic i discoverd that mixing peroxide and baking soda works. i was a little dubious to try it but im glad i did. Take a cup and pour in about a teaspoon of baking soda in it. then pour in a little bit of peroxide like you would put on a cut. Mix it up and put it n your tooth brush. I will taste bad. Then brush your teeth with it for a couple of minutes then rinse. Then brush your teeth with regular fluoride toothpaste. don't use the baking soda as a substitute for toothpaste it will whiten your teeth but wont keep it healthy like the fluoride toothpaste or protect from cavity's or plaque build up. you'll see immediate results after about a week your teeth will be several shades whiter

I have white spots on my teeth and they look like they are dirty i wonder if zoom whitening will help?

or would damage my enamel please help !!!!!!!!!!!! i dont want to look like i dont brush my teeth How much does zoom whitening cost???
--------------------
White spots or brown spots may be developmental, which means that whitening will not affect the spot that its the spot will not go away with teeth bleach. If you have a brown spot thats developmental in origin, or due to a civity it will not change color, and may in fact stand out more if you bleach bc the rest of you teeth will lighten while the brown spot stays dark. On the other hand if you have a white spots that developmental, and you bleach the white spot may become less noticable bc the surrounding teeth are lightetened. Zoom price can rainge depending on speed. The one hour zoom can cost anywhere from 300 to 500. the take home weekender takes three days of use and can cost from 100 to 150 the results of both are the same and for many the take home the results are better bc sensitivity is controllable, with the one hour bleach its an all or nothing, if you stop treatment bc of sensitivity you lose the bleach that went un used, with the take home you can refigriate it and use it later and continue where you left off.

if i used whitening strips would this stain my teeth?

hi im thinking about starting to use crest whitening strips to get that nice white look but im indian and we eat like alot of food that is colored. i brush my teeth about 2 to 3 times a day. if i used crest whitening strips would that keep my teeth white still?
--------------------
maybe you can eat less Indian food, One time i accidentally spilled an indian subzi on my shirt and they stain never came off, so imagine how bad it could be for your teeth. -Brush after evry meal or rinse -Use Plus White whitening gel with a whitening tray, they sell this at any pharmacy like rite aid and its cheaper than crest white strips. use it properly and it'll work!

Teeth whitening drama.?

So, every1 who cares about their appearance will get their teeth whiten for sure; and thus the dentists are ones who feel the most happiness. Myself have a secret black powder to brush with, but recently the old man who makes that powder retired and stop making it, so i really start worrying; as we all know, the cost for pros. whitening is crazy. Im asking, to see if there are really a good way to whitening your teeth at home effectively ? My teeth are sensitive, i cant bite ice cream or eat hot soup, the black powder was the only way to keep my teeth white and bright, i dont know what ingredients in it, it's a bit salty is all i know. However, there is no more powder, and my teeth are becoming yellowish. I drink black coffee (1 cup) and smoke (1 pack) everyday, I need some help to keep my teeth white, as going to dental is not a good cost effectively method. If somebody can answer the methods that already work well, please share them I would really appreciate that. Best Regards,
--------------------
There are many ways. Brushing your teeth twice a day is essential. Here's what you should do...as well as tooth paste, add a bit of (powder) baking soda, and brush thoroughly. Luck.

Teeth whitening trays?

I had the zoom treatment last week and got the teeth whitening trays, that you put the gel in and leave in overnight. The dentist says to leave them on for 8 hours, but i was just wondering, if i leave them on longer.. would it be more effective? would it make my teeth whiter??
--------------------
not really. The gel is basically hydrogen peroxiode. It degrades into water and oxygen over time. The oxygen whitens your teeth and then escapes. As time goes on the gel just stops working because it eventually is all converted to water and the oxygen is gone into the air so you just have water gel on your teeth.

Teeth whitening help?

My teeth aren't horrible, I would just like them to be a little whiter. I already brush my teeth morning and night, and I rinse with a peroxide and mouthwash mixture. I don't drink sodas at all and I don't drink coffee very often. I don't really want to use whitening stripes. So any more suggestions?

Hi, Lot of people do face problems with yellow teeth. The reason for yellow teeth can be less calcium, smoking or coffee. Some people face problems like yellow to faint yellow teeth also because of too much brushing or using products which harm teeth. While baking soda or peroxide can make your teeth white but it is not recommended. Dentists world over do not recommend use of such pure form substances on teeth as they harm your teeth in longer run. Not all whitening trays are good, in fact many people have complained about irritation and pain with trays. Yellow teeth are not always unhealthy while bright white teeth can be unhealthy. Lot of people want white teeth so that they can smile big and don't get embarrassed while talking to friends and colleagues. Such people can use teeth whitening pens which are 100% safe for your teeth. The best thing about these products is that you can easily get FREE trial to have white teeth. You may order your free trials and have white teeth. You just have to pay for the shipping and handling. Its always better to try before you buy and I am sure it will work for everyone including you. BTW the website where you can get such free samples is http://tinyurl.com/freewhiteteeth I am not promoting the website nor am I associated with it in any manner. Just trying to help someone who is worried about bad/yellow teeth. Hope this helps. Thanx :-)

Any home remidies for tooth whitening thats safe?

Iv heard strawberries help whiten the teeth and a few other concoctions, just wondering if anyone has any proven ways or knows of any cheap kits that actually work which can be bought in the UK. * I haven't got badly stained yellow teeth by the way so I'm not looking for anything that has to be really strong to remove bad staining, just cosmetically really.

For sparkling teeth, brushing of teeth once a day with table salt, lime juice and rough ash got from burning paddy husk is also suggested.

What are the different types of Tooth Whitening?

I want to whiten my teeth but i'm unsure of the different ways to do it.
--------------------
Home tooth whitening involves wearing customized thin, flexible trays (one for upper teeth and one for lower teeth) for an hour each day over two weeks. The custom made tray allows us to determine the precise amount of gel required per application and ensures the teeth have constant close contact with the gel. It also minimises the bleaching gel escaping and causing irritation to the gums. We use one of the most effective whitening gels on the market. Our staff and patients have found that with Opalescence whitening gel they to notice immediate shade lightening and experience negligible sensitivity. Opalescence whitening gels come in a variety of flavours and strengths. There is an effective whitening gel for even the most sensitive of patients. Professional tooth whitening achieves longer-lasting results. You can rest assured the procedure is right for you and will not risk your oral health. Under the care of our staff, tooth whitening only commences after an assessment of your dental condition. Some discolouration can be the result from exposure to the antibiotic tetracycline during infancy. In cases such as these, standard whitening procedures are not as effective. Other procedures such as veneers or crowns may be a more suitable option for improving the appearance of your teeth. DIY whitening There are many off-the-shelf tooth whitening solutions readily available. They are less effective and if used incorrectly could damage your oral health. If you have not received a tooth whitening assessment before using them, you could be applying potentially damaging solutions to your teeth/gums or using inappropriate products for your type of discolouration.
