If you are talking about using a denture cleaning product to clean your natural tee in the mouth I would highly advise against it. They are not meant to be used concentrated on the soft tissues in the mouth and they will not work very well on natural teeth. Stick with a whitening toothpaste

How can I naturally whiten my teeth?

My cousin got braces and her teeth were yellow the next day. Why is this?
She had whitened her teeth with Crest Whitening Strips for months before getting her braces so that her teeth would still look nice underneath. Unfortunately, the orthodontist put a "gel" (so she says) on that made her teeth appear to be very yellow and unappealing. She does have good dental hygiene. Can I use whitening gel in my plastic retainers?
Probably a stupid question.. But anyway. Can I? I'm talking about the clear retainer you get when you get braces off.. They tell you not to clean them with toothpaste, so would whitening gel ruin them as well? Does whitening gel even work? What else will help me whiten my teeth (other than going to the dentist)? whitening gel is a lot more potent than toothpaste, so don't do it! i have really bad fluoride mottling on my teeth (bright white spots) and asked about teeth whitening at the dentists and was told its not worth it - it just makes the white bits whiter. and i was told that the home kits just make your teeth really sensitive and don't actually work. in terms of stopping them getting worse, don't smoke, avoid tea and coffee, fruit juices (they are OK with a straw), and avoid acidic foods. good luck and i hopes this helps! xx

What will happen if I brush my teeth too much?
I like to brush my teeth. I always have. I normally brush my teeth like five times a day, but since I got braces I've been doing it like seven times a day. Is that too much? I don't whiten, they already sparkle. And whitening can damage teeth a lot, right? My teeth are getting really sensitive. I've never really liked cold stuff such as ice cream but even if I decided to have a little when offered my teeth would hurt really bad from the coldness.
