HI, I have always had problems with faint yellow teeth. In fact everyone in my family has this problem. I have tried every product that exists along with frequent visits to dentists. Dentists have always told me that my teeth are good but I was never happy with the color. Using peroxide or baking soda is harmful for teeth in a longer run so I never used it. Trays are always a NO for me because they give lot of irritation and pain. The ONLY thing that has worked for me till date is Dazzle White. I was not sure of using it at the beginning as I did not want to waste more money. Later, after doing some research on the Internet I found out about this company giving free samples. I immediately ordered mine (just paid $1.95 shipping). This is a real good product and has worked for me. I don't work for this company nor am I related to them in any manner. Whitening teeth?
My brother recently got his braces off and the dentist gave him some bleach to put in his retainer to whiten his teeth. My mom said that it is really cheap and I could use some as well. Unfortunately, my plastic retainer is long gone and I have no idea where it is. I don't suppose that there is any way that I could still use the bleach but just not with the retainer? If anyone has suggestions, I would very much appreciate it.

If you are supposed to be using your retainer still, go back and get a different one because your teeth will go crooked again. This happened to a few of my friends! But if not, then maybe just putting your toothbrush in some or on a q-tip and rubbing it over your teeth? Or crest whitestrips work pretty good!

What do I do with the little light given with a tooth whitening product? No instructions - mouth shaped.?
I sent for a free tooth whitening product and it came with a small mouth shaped light. I have no idea how it is meant to be used. The company has yet to answer my question.

when I wear bright lipgloss it makes my teeth look kinda yellow, are there any ways I can avoid this?

The dentist I go to gave me a home kit. It cost $40 and takes a couple of days. Otherwise get something at the drug store that has a dental tray and lots of hydrogen peroxide in gel form. Finally stay away from coffee, chocolate and wine. These can stain the teeth and make them darker.

Can I use whitening gel in invisalign braces?
I've got invisalign braces and would like to use bleaching gel to whiten my teeth. Normally it comes with custom fit trays, but I figure invisaligns would work just as well. It will save me a bunch of money to just buy the whitening gel. Can I?

It might damage the invisaligns. I would wait until its almost time to change invisaligns to the next one if you must do it. I would also suggest calling the invisalign company and asking them about it, or maybe getting your teeth whitened at the dentist.

Today, though, I bought Crest White Strips (No, I'm not advertising them, I swear), and upon first use, less than an hour ago, I saw improvement. I used them again, and my teeth became another shade whiter. I was pretty flabbergasted. Sorry if this didn't help, but I'd highly recommend trying these if you can. *Edit: I'd just like to warn you: be careful, because baking soda is not so good for your enamel.

I'm getting my braces off fairly soon, most likely in a month or two. I will admit, I was a stubborn child and got in a horrible oral hygiene habit since I was about 9(I never wanted to brush my teeth). My teeth are yellow and I've heard of people who had noticeably lighter colored spots on their teeth. So here are my questions: 1. Does it cost money when they polish your teeth after they take off your braces? Or is it included? If so, does this also include bleaching? 2. I've heard the best home teeth whitener is rinsing with hydrogen peroxide and brushing with bakingsoda and toothpaste. Does it really work? And is it heathly? I already have sensitive teeth. My dentist had my take baking soda, put it on a tooth brush and brush with just that and warm water. Then when your done rinse, and brush with tooth paste. I've been doing that 2 times a week for about 3 months now, and it has helped alot!
