ok well i dont have really bad yellow or brown teeth i just want them to be a little whiter. what will help me whiten them a little?

use baking soda. it's abrasive enough that is effectively whitens your teeth. just get a small bowl and put a little baking soda in it, get your toothbrush wet and dip it in the powder. then brush your teeth for about a minute, focusing on the most visible teeth. this really helps to reduce teeth stains from coffee, tea, or soda. hope that this helps!
