No... on the White Out. However, if you want a cheap, but effective strategy... try rinsing with a combination of hydrogen peroxide and mouth wash every day. It really does work, but mix them just before using. I found out (the hard way) that trying to mix up a supply ahead of time degrades the mouth wash over time.

How do I whiten inside my teeth?
I realized that after whitening my teeth, that the inside layer bone was not white instead of the outside layer shade. From what I heard, if you dont brush your teeth as a kid, your will have yellow teeth when you get older. And that's not from failing to brush, but from the layer over covering the yellow part of the bone. So How do I whiten the inside bone layer of my teeth?

Besides, if you are looking at your teeth and seeing bone, then you need to go to the dentist ASAP and get that fixed. You are not suppose to see bone inside your teeth! Teeth aren't just "white." I need help whitening my teeth?
my teeth are pretty white in the front but the canines and back are getting slightly yellow, i tried two different store bought products but still looks the same to me, any home remedies or product you recommend? much appreciated

If you are willing to give up those things, that will help. Getting a bleaching system from the dentist, would be the most effective way to get whiter teeth. Do not do any of the things mentioned in the first sentence while bleaching or you are waisting your time and money. Some dental clinics now offer laser bleaching. That is a pretty costly way to get whiter teeth, but it is also the fastest. It is done in one visit. However, if it is not done very carefully, it can damage your gums. One of the cheapest ways to help with staining on teeth would be to use Listerine's Whitening Pre-Brush Rinse before brushing and then brush with a whitening type tooth paste. It really helps a lot with staining on teeth. and will whiten them some. I personally have seen noticable results with this simple method. Just know that anything mentioned above may make you teeth more sensitive.

i was wanting to whiten my teeth from at home. any special way i should do this? i've tried the strawberry thingy. but i don't think it works. normally i brush my teeth then swish around peroxide in my mouth for about 1 minute and then brush my teeth again. any other help. i thought about putting baking soda on my teeth then brushing it with peroxide. any website would help out greatly. thank you!

Baking soda worked for me. Take a pan, put baking soda and water together, mix until it is pasty. Take that paste on your toothbrush and brush with that only. I used baking soda and it whitened my teeth a bit.

i am 14 and my teeth are perfect EXCEPT! my 2 front teeth one of my tooth is crooked going inwards and it makes it look like a gap and i hate it What should i do? The only way to fix your gap is braces, sorry. And as for the whitening, a friend of mine suggested this...its free (if you have baking soda) and works really good. Make trays for your top and bottom teeth out of tin foil (it works better if you fold the foil so its multiple layers thick). Then mix baking soda and toothpaste together until they're the consistency of playdough. It shouldn't be sticky, but not too dry either. Fill your tin foil trays with the mixture and pop them into your mouth. Leave on for about 45 mins then remove the trays and rinse your mouth out very well with water. Do this about once a week and your smile will be white in no time :) I like taking before and after pictures to see how well it works each time, but you don't have to...

Whitening toothpaste is also a plus. It will whiten slowly but surely. Brush often and well, that naturally whitens all by itself. If you want to talk about the products out on the market, here's my opinion. The Crest whitening stripes are terrible. You are supposed to use them for like, two weeks. I tried and it wore off the enamel on my teeth (natural protection) and laughing hurt my teeth because air hit them and ouch! Don't use them! The things where you put a glower on the product on your teeth works fairly well and doesn't hurt. Whitening my teeth after braces!?
I just got my braces off after 5 years! My teeth are a bit dull and yellow toned, especially the lower part of the bottom teeth, canines, and my back teeth. I would like to whiten them. I use the whitening prebrushing mouthwash. I use that with my prodent fluoride tooth treatment that my dentist gave me. I have braces currently, and need to keep the elastics from becoming discolored. The tooth gel has a high concentration of fluoride to help rebuild your teeth. You should have been using a fluoride mouthwash or treatment at least once a day during your braces treatment. A good mouthwash is ACT restoring. Phos-Flur is the best, but it can be kinda pricey, but is a great fluoride mouthwash.

be sure to take a clean towl or paper towel to dry your teeth before appling the strips or tray. i got some of those little cylinder shaped cotton balls like the dentist uses, and put those above my teeth and below. this stops saliva from "watering down" the gel or whatever.

tomorrow i am getting my teeth bonded my eye tooth and one of my front tooth for discolorations. i was wondering if i can still use whiting toothpaste or use a whitening rinse? well if you use whitener while your braces are on, the whitener will only work on the exposed part of your teeth. So, when you take your braces off you will have stains where the whitener was not applied... that would look worse than braces... just brush twice a day, and gradually your teeth will get whiter, but it won't happen overnite.
