i was wanting to whiten my teeth from at home. any special way i should do this? i've tried the strawberry thingy. but i don't think it works. normally i brush my teeth then swish around peroxide in my mouth for about 1 minute and then brush my teeth again. any other help. i thought about putting baking soda on my teeth then brushing it with peroxide. any website would help out greatly. thank you!

baking soda WILL work...its very good i doit al lthe time but not use so many things at once...its not good for your enamel...use just baking soda.. also you can buy whitining strips
