So I used to not brush my teeth that well or anything but for like the past 3 months I have been brushing and flossing 2-3 times a day. And like my two front top teeth are extremly white but the rest are ok but like the top part of my teeth like closest to the gum I can't get to start whitening only the bottom and middle. Any suggestions or help would be great. Oh btw I use the toothpaste 3D crest Whitening I think it's cald or something.

best way.... go to your dental professional they can remove the hard and soft deposits and then they will polish off the stains if you want more, get the whitening. their stuff is a lot stronger than the ones you get in the stores. you can also discuss the side effects of teeth whitening. good luck

Yup! I do that and I've gotten sooo much better results than using whitening strips and it's much, much cheaper. Don't do it all the time though, because after a while it can wear down enamel. I do it maybe once or twice a week and it keeps my teeth pearly white.

What is the medical term for people who have to whiten their teeth?

I have had yellow teeth practically half of my life. That is just disturbing. I have hated my yellow teeth. My orthodontist said that I have mild crowding and my treatment for braces starts in June. How to whiten teeth w/out using Crest strips? Those sting!?

I love green tea. How can I naturally whiten my teeth from the stains.?

How to whiten teeth with enamel & sensitivity issues?
Is there a tooth paste for enamel problems and sensitivity issues that will gentely but surely whiten my teeth? I want a product that will work & that i wont just spend my money on

Whiten your teeth means removal of a thin layer on your teeth so that the pigmented or stained layer is removed and the layer beneath it is exposed which is supposed to be whiter than the layer present now. Why do u want t whiten your teeth with sensitivity? No I don't think any paste will work. Jst follow the proper brushing technique for the maintainance of complete oral hygiene. 1. Use soft bristled brush. 2. Brush your teeth vertically not horizontally. Horizontal tooth brushing may lead to gum injury and wearing of teeth in the long run. 3. Apply gentle pressure to your teeth while brushing to avoid gum injury. 4. Avoid tea, coffee, cold drinks. 5. Drink filtered water.

Can you get your teeth whitened and still smoke? What happens if you smoke afterwords?
I'm paying $500 for Zoom whitener for my teeth. They aren't THAT yellow and dingy...but I am getting embarrassed. I've smoked almost 10 years! I've cut down a lot and have an appointment for Monday to get them Zoomed. I am hoping it stops my smoking but if it doesn't, will something happen? Like my teeth will turn black or something?

yeah you can still smoke, ask for a whitneing kit to do it at home about every 8 weeks. Just try and quit smoking , caffeine and colas do it too
