I have just heard of this, has anyone tried it and does it work?

Irs classed as Zoom Whitening, and yes it does work ALTHOUGH... You get an instant result yes, but your teeth become more porous (thin enamel) and after a few months the initial colouring of your teeth dips slowly, eventually leaving you at your original phase. Its brilliant for instant whitening, but not so good if you want it fully long term white as every so often you will have to go back for more laser treatment. There is another safe and very effective way of whitening your teeth, its by Bleaching - sounds weird i know. Your dentist basicly takes impressions of your upper and lower teeth, sends them away to be cast up in models, then makes themself, some very small thin plastic trays that fit perfectly into your own mouth. They then give you about 4 syringes of bleach, which you place into the trays for abotu 4 weeks, and sleep with them in your mouth (they work better at night due to saliva production) I say the last method is best, as if your teeth start to have a relapse in colouring, you can just visit your dentist and buy more syringes of bleach (normally at about £10 a syringe) and doing it in your own time. Its the cheaper option too. Bast thing tho is to visit your dentist and ask for his/her options DO NOT DO LASER WHITENING THROUGHT A TANNING OR BEATUY SALON, THEY ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO DO SO AND MUST ONLY BE CARRIE DOUT BY TRAINED DENTAL PROFESSIONALS
