Teeth Whitening?!?

I was wondering how old you need to be before you get teeth whitening. I'm 13 and although my friends say my teeth are white i'm constanly worried about them. Plus would i be able to get braces free or cheaper on my dads diabetics?! He said i can but i wasn't sure,

Although teeth bleaching is encourage, Teeth have to be fully erupted in someone's mouth before they can be properly bleached, because if they are still growing in, there's a portion of the tooth that will be whitened and the other portion wouldn't be. Ask your dentist if you and your teeth are ready to prevent any damage.
