Teeth whitening?

What is the best kind or brand of at home teeth whitening stripes, trays, etc.?

Use a product like Crest white strips or another brand. Do not use products like gum, mouth wash, and toothpaste. The reason for this is because using a product like whitening strips; you will whiten your teeth in a short amount of time. Using gums and toothpaste will take longer and more importantly expose your teeth to the abrasive products for longer periods of time. This will result in tooth sensitivity and discomfort. If our going to whiten your teeth, then do it right and use the correct product then go back to normal toothpaste and products so that you do not have any side effects. Oh and if you could afford I the best way to whiten I think (through experience) is by letting you dentist do custom trays and buy the prescription whitening product. It is a higher strength and produces dramatic results.
