Hello, I am going to make a appointment with my dentist soon to get a in-office whitening done, I have heard of ZOOM whitening, britesmile whitening, or sapphire. Which of those are the best? What are the prices? Was it painful

I've never tried any of those 3, but I used White and Brite by 3M when I got my braces off, and I have the whitest teeth of anyone I know! For $50 I got 2 syringes with the whitening agent in it, and I already had a retainer from my orthodontist, but if not you will have to buy one. Then it would cost around $100 I think. Regardless, I wish you good luck!!
