Recently I have been drinking a lot of green tea so white light teeth whitening came into mind. I am not sure if it is due to the tea but my teeth have discolored. How do I get my teeth sparkling white again? Anybody used a white light teeth whitening product that has worked out for them?

For teeth whitening dentist, try cutting any drinks that have color from your diet. I would stick with just water and milk for a while and wait for awhile to see if it helps. If you don't want to wait, order a whitening kit. There's a lot of free trials going on so you can test which one will work for you. Also, If you want to do mouthwash, choose one with fluoride to strengthen your teeth. My mother had the teeth whitening dentist questions and the one that worked out the best for her was the kit.
