i want to whiten my teeth, but i can't get whitening strips!?

I have really tender teeth, and one white strip would like totally start to disolve my teeth! is there anything I can use besides them? i use whitening tooth paste, but it dosn't look like it's doing a thing! here is a picture of my teeth! http://www.flickr.com/photos/23044935@N03/2321897884/

baking soda---you will see a difference in a week.. Taste gross but really works...
