I recently purchased the Plus White 5 Minute Bleach Whitening gel. I have been using it for the past week. I'm not sure if I have been doing it right when it comes to brushing my teeth. Am I supposed to brush my teeth before or after using this whitening gel?

I have that too and you have to brush before to get all the stuff off your teeth. And the stuff is kinda gross so i brush after words too and it doesn't do anything to the proses.
