I am 15 and just getting my braces off this December days before my sweet 16th party. Because of the braces my teeth are yellowy and I need to know which white strip (available at Shoppers or common chain stores for under $50) is the healthiest and quickest way whiten teeth without causing harm! crest whitestrips supreme, but they are only available from a dental office, but from the stores i would say the professional kind are high hydrogen peroxide , but not as much as supreme.
