are you able to use baking soda and whitening toothpaste and whitening strips to whiten teeth?

can you use all of those (not at one time but baking soda for about 3-5 times a week, whitening strips use as much as instructed on product, and crest whitening toothpaste?) - would using these begin to damage my teeth, or cause the whitening strips not to work? should i only stick to the white strips?

Well to my knowledge whitening strips use some sort of glue and it tastes really bad and its uncomfortable...using it with other products A LOT will begin to erode your teeth away. Stick to toothpaste only, or whitening strips once a week and toothpaste everyday, or baking soda and toothpaste. Don't use them all within a close time of each other! I suggest if you want some whiter teeth quickly, use baking soda and hydrogen peroxide to make a paste. (If you're gonna do that, don't do it more than once a week!)
