I really need someone to tell me a method of whitening their teeth that worked on them. If you come up with an answer, be sure to put in the method that you used and how long it took to whiten your teeth.

Bleaching and Zoom work great! Capping if your teeth are really messed up. Cheapest is getting trays and bleach from your dentist. My teeth were orange and are now so white everyone asks what I do! I did bleaching and Zoom. Zoom took 1 hour and made my teeth sensitive but worked really well. A lot of dentists offer free Zoom to move to their practice. If not, you can find it for a few hundred bucks. Bleaching took about two weeks to see a huge difference but it has lasted for over 6 months now and I only did one touch-up since. Zoom lasts for years and years depending on coffee, wine and tomato sauce consumption.
