How can I whiten my teeth in 3 days, without going to the dentist?

is there anything I can use to make my teeth look whiter.....besides crest white strips?

i use a 2 hour whitening its about 14 different capsules that goes into a tray... it cost about 25 at my drugstore ,Eckerds, you can get it anywhere and it worked fabulously, i didnt think it made that much of a difference but i saw pictures at my dance and my teeth were amazing....
