how do i whiten my teeth without a professional?

I HATE MY TEETH! no matter what i do they never get whiter! iv been doing the crest white strips for like a month and no differencs. i brush my teeth twice a day and use whitening mouth wash but still nothing :( are there any products on the market that you recommend? my teeth aren't yellow but i want them to be alot whiter. help? 10 ppints to best answer asap! thanks!

sab, ...cut out the sodas like coke or pepsi, even coffee or tea. that is a start. keep using the whitening strips and toothpaste but also use those automatic toothbrushes like spin brush or sonicare. when you are old enough, you can get it whiten at the dentist. the draw back is that is weakens your enamel, cause early tooth decay. in the old days, people like george washingtion did it, that is why thye had false teeth, cuz it rotted away from bleaching.
