I'm not 30+ of age and I was wondering if those crest or any whitening strips damage your teeth. After I get my braces off, I want to use those (I don't want to have yellow-ish looking teeth! They look gross). My friend said they can damage your enamel ? What whitening strip brand is the best and works the fastest?

Whitening strips seem convenient but it is much better to get your teeth whitened professionally at a dental office. It may be expensive but you will get MUCH better results, and guaranteed results. Whitening strips may also cause tooth sensitivity, and you would have to spend lots of money on strips and spend hours with those strips on your teeth whereas you get great results in just a few minutes with little to no side effects. Nothing works as fast as getting it done professionally! Spend the extra money and get it done right... you definitely get what you pay for!
