teeth whitening?

how do i whiten my teeth without using any products or dental things, im saying is there any household items which alone or combines whiten your teeth?

Hi Daniel, Baking soda works to a certain degree. It removes the superficial staining for sure. However, with it also the superficial layer of enamel strips off. Therefore, if you continue to use baking soda or baking soda reinforced toothpaste, very soon you will lose significant amount of enamel (that does not grow back), making your teeth extremely smooth, shiny and sensitive. Try to use a little bit if you have to in the beginning and then switch to a fluoride toothpaste (if in the US, preferably one with an ADA seal of approval). Some people talk about vinegar (acetic acid) and baking soda (abrasive) that can damage your teeth irreversibly. In general though you should study a little bit more about bleaching your teeth.
