Answers for either would be nice. I just want to straighten my front four teeth. Theyre no bad as is buuut... Im picky. And Id like to whiten my teeth. Not bleach white, thats creepy. But Id like to know whats the most effective / longest lasting treatment.

Braces. invisiline--if you are diciplined enough. With invisiline you must remember to always put it in your mouth unless you are eating. If you don't or forget, it could take longer to get straight teeth which means more money. Crest white strips work well. Even if your teeth aren't the straightest, if you can brighten your smile a shade or two, it makes such a wonderful difference. Don't use them too often thought b/c you don't want to strip the enamel on your teeth. It may be bettery to use a whitening toothpaste. It's not as harsh on the teeth but it takes a while to see results.
