I'm not happy with the color of my teeth recently, I'd like to whiten up to a couple of shades lighter. It just makes me really self conscious and it bothers me all the time. I've heard that the crest 360 whitening system with the toothpaste and mouthwash works okay, has anyone used it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I swish with hydrogen peroxide. Its about $5 or so Its the stuff that foams up that you put on cuts. mix it with equal amount of water and swish for one minute after you brush your teeth. 2 times a day DO NOT SWALLOW IT. YOU WILL GET POISONED AND IT CAN BE FATAL Then rinse out with water for another minute or so. or White Strips They have hydrogen peroxide in them a little more expensive or A Water Flosser about $40 - $60 Works VERY well Just got one today and i can already feel results. or Baking soda (Arm & Hammer) very inexpensive cover the toothpaste line with it and brush normally it tastes like crap but it works really well There are lots of ways floating around the interwebs. Just Google "Home Teeth Whitening" or something like that
