I brush, floss and use mouthwash twice a day, but I still would like my teeth to be 2 or 3 shades whiter. I have used Crest White Strips and similar products in the past but they are too expensive to buy regularly, and the same with getting anything done at the dentist. Is there a way to make a whitening paste or strips at home, or anything I can do to whiten my teeth that doesn't cost too much?

Baking soda and hydrogen peroxide whitens teeth very well. Tastes kinda funky but just adding baking soda to your toothpaste when you brush will help very much. I do it once a week to keep my teeth very white.
