I brush my teeth Everyday,i use whitening mouthwash,but my teeth are not white.is there something i can use or mix together at home for my teeth?

I agree with the baking soda,but it kind of makes me sick to my stomach. I use the best whitening technique. Alta white.i do all my shopping online so I have the site I would use.I've used a few different ones in the past years and I love this and it's affordable and has great trial offers that I would recommend.
