Is there an at home teeth whitening kit that whitens back teeth also?

I drink a lot of tea and coffee and I know I can whiten my front teeth, but don't know of how to whiten the back ones.

Bleaching material is not suppose to whiten the back teeth the reason is because the further back the material is the greater the chance you will swallow it and whitening material is not to be swallowed.
