what percentage hydrogen peroxide solution used for teeth whitening?

I believe the active ingredient used in teeth whitening gels when used in a mould on the teeth is hydrogen peroxide. I wish to know what percentage is used.
--------------------
There are lots of different percentages available but it should be carbamide peroxide that is used it produces about one third hydrogen peroxide. The only difference the percentage makes is the speed of change (and potential damage to the tissues) not the overall whitening, there are reports that the slower the process the longer it lasts so overall I think that 10 to 15 % carbamide peroxide is best for at home bleaching.
