Looking into buying a home kit, but do they work? & can anyone recommend a brand?

They do work but, you gotta follow the instructions to a t. If you don't it can cause BAD sensitivity issues for ya. My dentist recommends the Crest one. Your dentist also will have the Crest strips that are stronger and not sold in the stores. Another option in case you weren't aware of that.
