So my pregnancy has come a little unexpectedly (scheduled to get married in September, my due date is September 21st) so we have moved the wedding date up to May instead. Is it safe during pregnancy to use the store bought "crest whitening strips"? (or any other brand for that matter) and is it safe to do the spray tans that most salons offer? I will be roughly 5 months pregnant on our wedding day!

Check the box of the crest strips. I know most teeth whitening products they say not to use during pregnancy. The one I use says to avoid during pregnancy. Spray tanning is weird, and I don't know if its safe or not. Good luck to you!
