can you mix teeth whitening products?

i used the aquafresh whitening trays now its 2 hours later and i want to use the crest white strips would that harm my teeth or help with whitening

It is not recommended, but if your asking if it will cause damage probably not. The bleach they use on the at home kits isn't strong enough even combined to do any real damage. There may be a possibility of having a reaction to mixing the bleaches but i'm not sure of that. But your enamel would be fine to do that. Just don't do it daily for a long period of time!
