Does it actually make your teeth pearly white? If so, how long do you have to use it for?

Teeth whitening toothpaste by itself does not really help with getting stained teeth white, but it will help maintain a whitening treatment longer. Don't count on toothpaste to do the trick though, because it won't. To get your teeth whiter, you can go to the dentist and have a professional whitening, or you can use a home care product such as Crest Whitestrips. Hope this helps.
