I whiten my teeth 2-3 time a day once in morning and night with CVS 5 minute whitening gel and once in a while LiquidSmile Bleaching Pen. Is it bad if you whiten your teeth that much a day and for a long period of time?? If so why??

it can wear away the enamel on your teeth, why do you do it so often? i think it's kind of creepy when i see people with super white teeth.
