hi, i am using the crest stripes to whiten the teeth. so no coffee or anything that can stain the teeth during the 14-day period. my question is how much longer after the 14-day period is safe to consume those color foods. Thank you.

I think that as long as you keep a good dental hygiene, you should be ok. That does not mean you will brush your teeth every cup of coffee, but I would brush no less than 3 times a day and definitely after a stain producing meal (blueberries or stuff like that)
