I've had my braces off for about a month, and they were...not the prettiest color. I've always had calcium deficiencies in my family...but I didn't think they'd affect me that much. I floss and all, and brush my teeth a maximum of 5 times a day, minimum of 3. I use a 'whitening paste,' my orthodontist gave to me, but it's doing nothing. I'm not too eager to go and have my teeth bleached, so I was wondering if someone here had any tips? Thanks!

I have the same issue that you do with teeth whitening and everything that I used doesn't seem to work either. I've tried the Crest Whitestrips Premium, and they worked temporarily, but after I stopped using them, my teeth started to stain again. I gave in to a free-trial that my Mom recommended me to and it really worked. This product got rid of the stains for me instead of just covering them up like the Crest Whitestrips did.
