Hydrogen Peroxide! It's the stuff that comes in a brown bottle and can be bought at any drugstore for under $1! Just take a capful of it and swish it in your mouth for about 10 minutes a day (I do it while I'm in the shower). It will whiten your teeth AND help prevent canker sores and blisters. Also try soaking your toothbrush in a cup of it overnight for even more results.
