Teeth whitening?

Are there any good ways to whiten ur teeth with out goin somewhere to get them done or buying whitening strips and stuff like that?

I suggest using Colgate Total and brushing your teeth four times a day (every six hours) I have been doing this and nothing else and my teeth have whitened so much! Colgate Total has ingredients that attach to your teeth and protect you from stains, bacteria and bad breath for up to 8 hrs. I got my tube on sale at Jewel for $2. My boyfriend uses the whitening kind but I just use the fresh stripe kind. Maybe try it out, it can't hurt and its the cheapest way you'll hear. Oh yeah, and you can also mouthwash with hydrogen peroxide. That costs about a dollar to buy and its natural and gentle. It'll be by the rubbing alcohol and vinegar in the supermarket. Just another small tip: use ACT mouthwash once a day after brushing. It will prevent cavities like crazy, and its cheap and easy to do as well.
