I've heard that whitening your teeth with baking soda works, but how do i do it exactly? once a day for a week? more? less? and im 13 so is it okay for me to do? i just want to whiten my teeth naturally.

I've used toothpaste with baking soda with it doing little to whiten, but everyone is different. your suppose to mix it with your toothpaste or just sprinkle it on top of your toothpaste after you apply it to your brush. do not do this everyday because baking soda is like sand to your gums. also you should do it only about 2 times a week maybe 3. oh yeah, did you know strawberry makes your teeth whiter?
