My teeth are so ugly and yellow, I brush them twice a day with whitening toothpaste and don't smoke, drink coffee or coke and they are still very yellow. Does baking soda help whiten your teeth? How do I use it?

yes brush it just how you would but dont swallow and it will most likely taste bad so be prepaired
