How to whiten teeth with clear braces?

White-stripes and all those whitening products can't be used when having braces, so what can I use to whiten teeth with clear braces?

Brush them really good. Then get a tooth pick or something like that to scarpe the areas around the bracket. My dentist gave me a tiny brush for getting the hard to get places you can ask yours. You could also try switching toothpastes I use Aquafresh and I think it works the best at whitening.
