I have been considering whitening my teeth but wanted to know if if could harm your gums or teeth in any way? Since it doesn't last forever wouldn't it be bad for you to be doing it the time throughout your life? if are there any really good products that you've tried or any ones that dont work.. mentionit here

Crest whitening strips work really well, and they are fine they don't wear away your enamel. But although baking soda whitens your teeth, it wears away your enamel.
