Teeth whitening... which brand?

I'm fourteen and would like to whiten my teeth at home. Do you suggest any brand of whitening strips? (Crest, Colgate, etc?) Thanks, Natalie

Crest is good for a quick whitening job, but Colgate is better for the long-term and will likely have less negative affects on your teeth.
