What is the best/safest home teeth whitening kit that is available in the UK?

I have braces...soon to be removed, next month sometime. Over the 18 months I have had braces my teeth have become a little stained due to the brackets making cleaning a little more difficult. I had all my Ortho treatment in the UK which has cost me nearly £5000.00 in all. Frankly I don't have the money to pay for whitening as well so I am hoping to do it at home and save money but I want something that works!!

Yes those dental trips do cost a lot of money, Ive been there and brought the tee-shirt. In the past I've tried laser treatment as well as getting my teeth bleached but boy these treatments were expensive. These professional treatments worked pretty well for a while, but I needed something to keep my teeth nice and white. There are various home whitening kits you can buy from your local Chemist - (like Boots) but to be honest I've never had much success with the ones I tried. Those strips abd tray products just didn't seem to work. You could consider taking up a free trial on a whitening product, that's what I did six months ago. You might want to search around on the net, but if you want to try one I advise you to try Idol White. Idol white I must say was cool and different, the instructions were easy to follow, takes very little time, in fact just a couple of minutes after you've brushed and flossed your teeth, that's it. It's really easy to use and the results, well they might not be quite as quick as some people have claimed, but I must confess I'm really impressed. I was surprised to know that even some dentists are giving it there approval. You can get a free trial now if you fancy giving it a go. Worked pretty good for me my teeth are now about 7 to 8 shades better.
