I'm getting my braces off December 5th (about 3 weeks) and I know that they are not as shiny and white as they were when the braces went on. I wanted your opinion (from personal experience) on what whitening treatment are most easy and effective. Also, let me know some that I definitely shouldn't use if they cause sensitivity or wear off in less than a month or two. Thanks!

Crest white strips are good. You could also talk to your dentist/orthodontist about it. Their stuff will work faster.
