Do those teeth whiteners (such as crest whitening strips) work well?

Do they also cause sensitivity?

The Crest ones made my teeth really sensitive and the results were actually not that great! The one I use now is from http://mycelebsmile.com/y/ online and it had been absolutely great for me so far. No more Whitestrips for me, hehehe!
