How do I get my teeth whiter?

ok,my teeth aren't crystal white they are like a light cream. how do I get them whiter? I now brush my teeth after every time I eat or drink accept if I drink water or milk. I chew teeth whitening gum all the time. any tips? ps. I`m 13
